Admissions/How to Register

Upon registering, prospective St. Cecilia students are screened to assess their academic levels so we can be sure we have the resources to provide for their individual needs. Students in grades 1-8 are screened by the school psychologist, while kindergartners are screened by the kindergarten teacher. To begin the registration process for your child, follow these steps:

  1. Download admission forms, pick up admissions forms from the school office or call 513-533-6060 to have them mailed to you. These forms include:

Families new to St. Cecilia who have filled out the appropriate paperwork will receive a welcome letter in the mail in the spring. Incoming kindergarten students and parents will be invited to a kindergarten open house, typically held in April. All families new to St. Cecilia will be invited to a new parent orientation in August before the start of the school year. Here you will learn about basic day-to-day procedures such as how to pay for lunch and drop-off/pick-up procedures. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet other new parents.
